• Merckens chocolate is a delicious, smooth and creamy chocolate flavored confectionary candy coating with no waxy taste. Confectionary candy coating contains cocoa powder and vegetable oil. Merckens brand is always easy to melt and requires no tempering. If adding flavors or colors, use a concentrated flavor or oil-based color. Do not use glass when melting chocolate. Do not overheat and keep moisture out of candy.
• Ingredients: Sugar, vegetable oil (palm kernal oil, hydrogenated palm kernel and cottonseed oils), nonfat dry milk, milk, glyceryl lacto esters of fatty acids, titanium dioxide, soy lecithin, and artificial flavor.
• Partially Hydrogenated Oil Free. 0g Trans Fat.

• Chocolate and all candy coating are shipped year-round, however, chocolate may melt in shipping if ordering during warmer temperatures. If it melts during shipping, it CAN be remelted again. If you contact us for other shipping options, we can help reduce the chance of heat damage. We recommend selecting an expedited shipping method and not the Free Flat Rate or USPS Priority. We do recommend Ice packs to be purchased but know they only have a significant benefit in the first 24-36 hours and only when shipping in moderate temperatures. As in our shipping policy all food products are non-refundable or returnable.
